Splendido at the Chateau has sustained an esteem of excellence since its opening in the summer of 1992. Chef-Owner Brian Ackerman and the entire team is about creating a refined yet comfortable experience for guests evening after evening, year after year.

Chef David Walford owned and operated Beaver Creek’s Splendido for 21 years, and in 2016 Ackerman took the helm. His cooking experience began at the Culinary Institute of America and continued under notable national chefs and several well-respected local restaurants. From kitchen to table, Ackerman leads a team of truly passionate professionals who make every guest’s meal one to remember.
