Choose the exquisite atmosphere of Splendido to host your next event, and let the professional staff welcome you and your guests with warm hospitality and refined service.
From the moment you walk into the Chateau Beaver Creek, you’ll feel its magic. Those who have dined at Splendido know that there’s nothing else quite like it, and that’s what keeps guests returning, season after season.
You’ll work closely with event specialist, Alisa Steinberg, to create a vision for your gathering. She’ll host you on a walk-though to experience the fireplace lounge and the sun room, then out on the open-air patio and into the dining room.
The overall look and feel of the Chateau interior is elegant, classic and romantic, and each space flows together seamlessly.
Make that special day one that you’ll never forget. Guests enter the reception through the fireplace lounge. It’s a welcoming piano bar that leads into the sun room. Enjoy customized cocktails and gourmet hors d’oeuvres in this beautiful room that overlooks a mountain landscape and the Chateau garden. The patio is also a lovely option for a reception. Heaters keep the temperature comfortable while guests enjoy fresh mountain air and vibrant flowers that hang from the railings throughout the summer months.
After the savory bites and bubbly toasts, everyone can move toward dinner with ease and a touch of anticipation. The Splendido dining room was tastefully refreshed in the fall of 2016, which includes a variety of table sizes and shapes for a dynamic setting. With the room’s updated aesthetic and stunning artwork it doesn’t need much in terms of festive decor, but Alisa and her team work closely with local florists if you want to create a special look.
The food that comes from Chef-Owner Brian Ackerman’s open kitchen and the service that presents it reflects the dining experience for which Splendido is so famously known. Guests start with a pre-selected first course, then pick from a three-entree option, all leading up to a sweet finale prepared by the talents of pastry chef Sebastien Schmitt. The last course can include either a custom designed wedding cake, miniature assorted desserts or one of Sebastien’s plated creations.
After dinner, head back toward the fireplace lounge and the sun room to dance the night away.
Private dining in the sun room can accommodate up to 48 people for a plated dinner, and can include a cocktail reception with piano entertainment from the lounge. These areas can also be utilized for large party cocktail receptions or smaller business meetings. Customized menus can be as simple as three courses or as intricate as a chef’s tasting menu. Either way, your guests will savor each bite.
Cooking classes and demonstrations can also be booked as a fun, engaging and educational activity for corporate groups, bachelorette parties and more.
Alisa will ensure the details of your event all come together seamlessly, and you can count on Splendido to make your event a gathering to forever remember.
